We feel cheated, but every business plan has a structure. To understand the structure of a business plan, we must define:
- The sector: It is decisive to understand the context in which the structure of the business plan will move and here it has to see to what type of sector or sectors we are moving. The structure of the business plan will change, it will move depending on this. More competition analysis in very mature sectors and more consumer analysis in less mature sectors with more trajectory.

You are not in the adventure of creating something, you are in adventure, simply. Not to offer what others do not offer if to offer it in a way that we can understand that can generate a solution to the user, buyer or consumer.
Faced with this, if the sector is less developed, we should accommodate the structure of the business plan more if the person to whom we run the business is prepared or not receive this idea in a sector that is less trite. This and sales funnel that lets you know how much it will cost to convert to a buyer. That a sector is underdeveloped or less mature, is not synonymous with success, is synonymous with potentiality.
